Environmental Land Management was started in 1993 with the belief that there were more affordable options of disposing waste byproducts without harming the environment.

With this in mind, our founder began investigating the merits of byproducts as a fertilizer supplement. By land spreading waste byproduct, he was able to minimize environmental impact and reduce expensive disposal costs.

Today ELM works with both the private sector and local municipalities to successfully land apply solid, semi-solid and liquid byproducts from a variety of industries. Working with us, our customers have reduced their annual disposal costs an average of 40%.

TESTING	We test your byproduct to determine its agronomic value and heavy metal concentrations.
ANALYSIS	Based upon your byproduct's test results, we analyze its suitability for land application. If necessary, we will conduct test plots to demonstrate the effectiveness of your byproduct as an agricultural fertilizer supplement.
PERMITTING	We prepare all of the necessary state and local permit applications.
SITE ACQUISITION	We work closely with area landowners to promote the benefits of your byproduct as a fertilizer supplement.
TRUCKING	We provide all on-site, state-of-the-art transportation methods and equipment to ensure your byproduct is transported safely and without spillage.
SPREADING	We identify and arrange for suitable spreading sites close to your plant to minimize trucking costs. We spread the byproduct and maintain contact with participating landowners and agronomists to ensure proper application rates.
REPORTING	We prepare and submit all the necessary reports to the state and local agencies.
MONITORING	We constantly monitor your project, keeping on top of any changes in byproduct output, consistency or other factors that may affect your disposal needs.
RECORD KEEPING	We keep detailed records as to the amount of byproduct spread at each site, when it was spread, and the amount applied per acre.
